Whilst our HO Code 83 track is perfect for modelling American mainlines, Code 70 track is just right for secondary lines, lightly-used branches, sidings, etc. Indeed, it will be perfect for modelling the early-to-mid 20th century railroading era when lighter rail was more commonly used. Featuring accurate rail spike detail, correctly proportioned ties (sleepers) and nickel silver rail.

Peco OO/HO Streamline Code 70

Streamline ranges incorperate flexible lengths of track which can be manipulated to form far more geometric options, but represents a need for more expertise in both layout building and track planning.

Code 70 (rail height of 0.07") is a supplimentary range to Peco's Code 83 track. It is recommended for modelling lighter railways alongside your Code 83 track, such as branchlines or sidings ect. Please note this is more fragile than Code 100 track and is generally recommended for those with prior track design/ laying experience.
